Custom brushes: Using the Brush panel, found under the Window menu, you’re able to create custom brushes by altering the size, spacing, dynamics, scattering, and so on. If you plan on using your custom brush in the future, make sure to save it!
Blur filters: Several blurs, including Gaussian and Motion, can be applied to your layers to simulate depth and speed. If applied to a Smart Object, the filters can be adjusted at any point in the future.
Adjustment Layers: By using an Adjustment Layers, you’re able to change targeted areas of your photo without damaging the original layer. These can either be applied to the full image, or specific areas using selections or Layer Masks. At any point in the future, you can either make changes to the adjustment, hide it, or delete it completely.
